She created Concerning Learning so that young New Yorkers could explore learning in a creative way.

Ms. Rosen personally conducts all evaluations/consultations and based on her assessment she creates a set of learning goals. She then selects a talented member of the Concerning Learning tutoring team to work with your child based on his or her personality, learning style and area of support.
